A) We must be told where the product is cheaper. Without this information, the claim cannot be processed because the details cannot be verified.


Q) What about online competitors products which are ex-demonstration, exchanged, refurbished etc?
A) We do not need to match these prices as the product and offer is not the same.


Q) Do you offer further discounts for multiple purchases - 2, 10, 100 units?
