A simple Tell-Tale that monitors displacement and horizontal movement where there is a 'step' across a crack due to displacement or 'out of plane' movement.
A two piece instrument, one part place either side of the crack. The red line should be central to the grid on the second piece placed on the opposite side of the crack.
Movement of the crack will 'draw' one of the sides, allowing for movement reading either horizontally or vertically.
Displacement monitoring range - -20 to + 20mm
Horizontal monitoring range - -20mm to +20mm
